At Wood Flower Boutique, we want every workshop to be creative, enjoyable, and safe. Before participating, please read the following agreement carefully. Your registration and attendance indicate your acceptance of these terms.   Wood Flower Boutique has no liability in any event.  

Our workshops involve hands-on crafting using materials and equipment such as glue guns, wire cutters, floral wire, scissors, paints, adhesives, stains, and other design supplies. While instruction is provided, every participant is responsible for using these materials safely and with care.

Although accidents are uncommon, crafting activities may result in minor injuries including cuts, burns, punctures, or allergic reactions. By choosing to participate, you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your participation and in no way hold Wood Flower Boutique or it's owners liable.

Please inform your instructor before the workshop begins if you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or physical limitations that could affect your ability to safely participate. Wood Flower Boutique reserves the right to recommend that certain activities be modified for participant safety.

To create a positive experience for everyone, participants agree to:

• Treat instructors, fellow guests, and the venue with respect.
• Follow all safety demonstrations and instructions.
• Handle all tools and supplies responsibly.
• Refrain from behavior that could endanger themselves or others.

Anyone displaying unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the workshop. Registration fees are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Unless a workshop specifically states otherwise, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The accompanying adult accepts responsibility for supervising the minor and agrees to all terms of this agreement on the minor's behalf.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in a Wood Flower Boutique workshop, I voluntarily release and discharge Wood Flower Boutique, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, event hosts, venue partners, and representatives from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation, except where prohibited by law or caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Many workshops are hosted at  third party venues such as someone's home, local businesses, restaurants, breweries, wineries, community centers, and private venues to name a few.   Participants agree to observe all venue rules and understand that Wood Flower Boutique cannot be responsible for conditions outside of its direct control.      Further, participants agree to follow all venue rules and release venue staff and affiliates from liability related to workshop participation.

Consumption of any product such as alcohol is at the sole discretion of the participant.   Disruptive, unsafe, or potentially abusive behavior may or can result in being removed from the class without refund.

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own personal belongings. Wood Flower Boutique and the hosting venue assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

We love sharing the creativity of our workshops. Photographs and video may be taken during events and used on our website, social media platforms, printed materials, or other marketing. If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please notify your instructor before the workshop begins, and we will gladly honor your request whenever reasonably possible.

By registering for or attending a Wood Flower Boutique workshop, I certify that I have read this agreement, understand its contents, and voluntarily accept its terms. I acknowledge that I am participating at my own discretion and assume responsibility for my actions throughout the event.
