Wedding and event florals are custom-made. Deposits and payment requirements are governed by any separate agreement provided for those services.

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.

Payment is required before shipment or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Order confirmations acknowledge receipt of your order and do not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information. Any cancelled paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and timely pickup when applicable.

Please review our Refund & Return Policy. Personalized and custom-made products may not be eligible for return. Report damaged items promptly with photographs.

Workshop participants must follow safety instructions. Separate liability waivers may be required.

All website content, photographs, logos, graphics, floral designs, and text are the property of Wood Flower Boutique and may not be copied without written permission.

Users may not misuse the website, violate laws, interfere with operations, upload malicious software, or infringe intellectual property rights.
