Here are the answers to your frequently asked questions!

What is sola wood?

Our flowers are handmade from sola plant which is native to Asia.  We source our wood flowers from trusted suppliers and quality control is of utmost importance. Sola flowers are lightweight, soft to the touch, and never need water.   The flowers are cream in color.   Some have a brown tip or color to them which is the bark of the plant.   Flowers with the bark tend to be stiffer in feel.  

When should I order my wedding or event flowers?

We suggest at least 6 to 9 months in advance for a wedding or event and 6 weeks for home decor. A rush fee for a wedding or event will be added to orders booked within five weeks of the due date.   These are just guidelines so please reach out to us so we can get more information from you about your needs,

Do you offer consultations?

Yes!  We offer a free 30-minute wedding or event consultation.   If you need more time, we charge $50 per hour thereafter.

When should I expect to receive my wedding order? 

During your consultation with us, a due date will be discussed.   The average time for items being shipped or picked up is at least one month before the event.   

What are the approximate shipping costs? 

We've worked hard to keep our shipping costs low.   Please review the shipping cost at checkout.  Currently, we have several items listed at free shipping.

How custom can we make it? 

We offer a large variety of styles in both flowers and faux greenery.    All of our flowers are hand painted allowing us the opportunity to color match to your theme.  

 Do I get to see a preview before shipping or pickup for a wedding?

We aim to please and do our best to communicate with you clearly during the process.  We will always share pictures of the product{s} being made for your approval before we ship.

What are your payment terms?

We accept Venmo and most credit cards. Local pickup may pay with cash.   Tax is applicable.  We do require a 50% deposit down on all custom orders.

How do I care for my flowers?

Our wood flowers need to be kept indoors and away from water and direct sunlight to preserve the color.    Never store them in an airtight container since they are made of wood and need to breathe.

To clean, simply use a hair dryer on low and set to cool.  Another option is to use a can of air.

Do you accept returns? 

We pride ourselves on providing superior products and therefore don't accept returns.   If you aren't satisfied with your purchase please contact us.
